- Collaborate: We work with the client as a team to understand the company’s needs, the required set of functional skills, the organization, as well as other characteristics for the ideal candidate.
- Plan: After carefully assessing your needs, we typically prepare a written position specification that outlines the responsibilities of the position, qualifications required as well as key "must haves" essential for success. This is the basis of our search efforts.
- Target: The specification is shared with other our research team, which studies the market to identify potential candidates from the hundreds already in our database, or through our extensive national network, industry references, periodicals, publications, etc.
- Contact: Our search consultants contact potential candidates; selling the opportunity, evaluating, interviewing, and referencing those that are appropriate.
- Client Communications: Weekly conference calls and pipeline reports ensure clients are updated on the progress of the search. These calls also help us fine-tune our search criteria
- Resume Presentation: Appropriate candidates are presented our clients through resumes that in a standard, easy to read format. In addition, we provide our own internal assessments to highlight the candidate's strengths or weaknesses for a particular position.
- Selection Process Facilitation: We augment the client's recruiting department through the entire selection process, scheduling interviews, providing post-interview feedback, interviewing candidate references and providing detailed reports, and addressing potential concerns.
- Negotiation - We negotiate salary, benefits, perquisites, and other intangibles ensuring an acceptable match between company and candidate.
- Follow up - After the successful candidate is in place, the consultant who worked on the search will follow-up with the new hire to ensure successful integration into the client team. Any potential points of friction are immediately flagged and brought to the attention of the client. This further helps reduce attrition.
