We are currently looking for a Finance and Performance Management Manager for our client, a large global consulting and professional services firm.

In this challenging role, you will provide support to clients in developing finance organization strategy, treasury and risk management strategies, and development of new business insight and performance management capabilities, allowing them to achieve long-term growth.

The ideal candidate would have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting with at least five years of experience in Finance Strategy, Budgeting/Forecasting, Activity Based Costing, Benchmarking, and Balanced Scorecard. A background in consulting and project-baaed environment is preferred. This position will require up to 100% travel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gathering information that leads to an in-depth understanding of the client’s business, business needs, current technology environment, and the scope and purpose of the client’s request.
  • Working with the sales teams to develop the sales strategy as it relates to infrastructure outsourcing.
